[Ascent] World Database ?

I'm following the Ascent server setup guide. I downloaded Character Database and the guide says I can download the World Database here.. http://forum.ragezone.com/f114/ascen...6-07-a-324372/. I looked everywhere on that thread and can't seem to find it. Anyone want to give me a link to a ddl or a thread that contains it ?
