.ban commands

ive made an update for server with last patch for 2.0.12 patch( mangos) and when i type .banaccount to ban somebody the command dont work...all i got is there is no such command.....banip command dont work too...what cand i do..pls help...thx in advance and escse my english..have fun


P.S. all commands work like before update...only .ban command dont work..is something modified?


EDIT: How can i make arena to be free zone pvp...with no faction rullz" horde vs horde killing without duel" and "alliance vs alliance without duel"
