depending on their speed, your speed, their current usage, are they using wifi or lan, stable connection on their side, your usage of other programs, if you using wifi or lan and have a stable connection...

id say its approximately 5-8k/s
its very early here so i cant be bothered doing the maths
but most things are handled client side so actual connection data throughput is very low
being able to successfully play over dial up with minimal lag gives you some idea..
