BEST database (Most complete)

Hey everyone, can you tell me which database is the most complete/playable? I mean working portals/instances/trainers/mounts etc... There are so many it's confusing to us newer people :)

I did manage to get latest antrix and a decent DB all up and running with no previous SQL or PHP skill, and have learned alot but just doing and trying so haven't had to ask many questions due to search forum option :if that counts for a free help credit ! :)
