Big problem core 1191

i am using ascent core 1191 and wr db vs 11 and i noticed that players can't create horde characters, it says you can't have both an ally character and a horde one, even tough they haven't got any character on that account, i with my gm account can create horde chars. any idea how to fix this ? :-s

i don't think this problem it's from revision 1191 cuz i got the same configuration like yours and my server work's fine.....got some hunter bugs.....but i hope i will find a fix here.....ok try to take the revision from here--->>Wow.RockOn.no :: A Free World of Warcraft Provider and Developer
