bug in mangos platinum

2007-01-08 14:22:26 ERROR:SESSION: received unexpected opcode CMSG_LOGOUT_CANCEL (0x004E)

if this happend i get a message from window
it says mangosd.exe has enqounterd a bla bla bla
and needs to close

i need to click yes after that restarter works again
but if i am not home i cant click yes so server down
who can help or fix?

na i think it isnt a bug your comp is to slow or it crashed
