    Do you mean "Ascent Webcms"?

    First I would go about and getting the lastest version of it from their SVN.

    Next, If you have the server on the same computer as the webpage, you should have 3 databases called "world", "character", and "portal"

    For "portal", restore all the sql files that came with Ascent Webcms

    (These instructions assume that you are talking about Ascent Webcms)
