When I first create a new toon, I can fight to my hearts content. Boar, birds, humanoid...kill'm all. But when i log off and log back on with that toon, I can

Have you checked the factionid ?

Should be 7 in order to make a creature that does not attack but is attackable *(it will defend ofcourse)
