Cant choose realm [Ascent]

Hi! When other people login to my server they get to the "Realm list" where they choose realm. When they choose a realm and press okey they are just gettin backwards to the "Realm list" again. I have set the realm to Medium Population but it says it is high. Anyone now what the problem is? Would be great help :)
