can't get wow-site online

i use phpmyadmin , and i open port 80 in my rooter and my firewall to let people to see my site , but they stil can't see it , do i need to use a program like easyphp or apserve ??,

I assume you are talking about an antrix website here.

You need to set up a webserver and open port 80. Assuming your website runs php you then need something like php 5.x or apache to run php scripts. If it is talking to your database you will also need to load php sql scripts. If you are testing behind your router your ip will be the one assigned to you machine. If external your ip will be the one your isp gave you.

running mysql for db's is one thing but for a website you would use apache or even the windows IIS
