Changeing Item Levels.

Hi, i ve just managed to set up my wow server tnx to tuts on here :jump1: . I ve been trying to change item lvls i.e Mounts lvls and rideing skills so people on my server can uses a mount at lvl 1 any1 no how because i'm stumped :confused_. Thanks for any help in advance.

Also dose any1 no if u can use flying mounts outside the Dark Portal area? If so how :kisss:
