Changing Spell Cooldowns

Is there anyway to adjust the cooldown on spells with MaNGOS. In particular I'm trying to adjust the cooldown on the hearthstone. Is that possible? Is it just a database change? Thanks

Any help with this guys? All I'm looking to do is adjust the cooldown on spells. In particular, the Hearthstone cooldown. I use mangos and have a good understanding of mysql and everything, so a complex answer is fine. Even just the location of the preset cooldown in the database would be great, I know where it holds spells that are currently cooling down for users, but I'm unsure where it gets that value to begin with. Any help would be great. Thanks,

u need the client to be changed plus the database
