Checking for Custom Items???

Is there any way to check and see what custom items are on your server? because I just found out that the Repack I have has custom items (donator gear, gm gear, etc...) And I have looked through the repack and it doesn't say anywhere what the id's for them all are or the names I found a few by using .lookupitem donator. lol

Repack I'm using : Spartan Repack V3
I looked at the item list in Navicat but it didn't even have the items I had found...

Open up Navicat, or other, and then check you world DB / items. Scroll to the last page and have a look. the last items in the list should be all custom, in theory.......
