Client DCed when creating character

Hi all,

I have a problem, when I try and connect to my Antrix/ascent server I can log on/crete accounts ok,

I can also log in and get to the create a character part, but when I try and click the create character I DC from the server.

Just to get this right in my head, when you have setup the config files on Logonserver.conf and Ascent.config I can run both the exe files and they can see eash other,

But I do get a red line of text in my ascent.exe
"11:26 E MySql: Query failed: SELECT * FROM playercreateinfo"

If i put a "1" in one of the fields in this table via navicat I do not get the error but can still not create a character on the server!

Any one come up against this, or can anyone help? plsplspls

Which field are you putting the "1" in? And for that matter, the easiest possible solution is making sure that your "playercreateinfo" table is populated, and if not, you need a different database that contains this table, as the server doesn't know what to do with characters when it creates them.

I have tryed puttng the 1 in the first field as that is not char related, I am downloading the new SQL files, including the life DB.sql and it is loading that in now (taking ages) but hey I just wana get this working :)
