Coding Help for Mangos DB?

Hello, I'm new to this whole coding thing and I wanted to know how would it look like if I wanted to code in a few NPCs:

- A Horde vendor in Orgrimmar that sells Earth Totem (Item 5175), Water Totem (5177), Ar Totem (5178) and Fire Totem (5176) at one silver each, plus stacks of 200 Doomshot (12654) and Miniature Cannon Balls (13377) at one gold per stack.


- An Alliance vendor in Ironforge that sells stacks of 200 Doomshot (12654) and Miniature Cannon Balls (13377) at one gold per stack.


How would I code this into a Mangos 1.12.1 database?
