Commands Pack..

I want to make a command pack like the commands'.start but with other commands..

I done this for WoWEmu but want to do it for Ludmilla now, But theres 1 problem, I cant find the file where the commands are located in on kobold...

Does anyone know where its located in? maybe the SQL? Cant find it really
