Complete Server?

Whats the newest and complete server there is to get and where do I get it?

I have this one installed http://www.newguardia.net/antrix-win....1.0-jerks.rar It's up and running but there tons of Quest errors that come up. Most of the NPC's Either are checkered boxes and or holding checkered boxes. I'd like to get a full package thats complete ready to go.
