Connection closed error

Hopefully a simple question, i installed and configured the mangos server etc.
But my wow Client says "connection halted/broken" (i use the german client)
hope someone knows how to work aroung this server failure. thx

Some informations:
Selfcompiled mangos 0.5 (official release)
0.5 SDB

i looked into the logfiles and found:
2006-11-25 04:15:59 Accepting connection from 'my ip';
but the server.log has no information about my connect, so what to do ?

it is like mangosd wasnt running.
if mangosd is not started, only realmd the same message appears, maybe this will help (and yes, i updated the address in the realm field to the address of the server)
