Connection Help

I've tried everything I can find on forums to try and get others to connect to my server. If anyone can help me please post it or PM me. Thanks.

Ok to start off I've been trying to get two people to connect to my server. I have tried every listed on every forum that I've searched and nothing works. Each time I edit my realms.conf file with whatever the post said to do and then save it I can log in every time but I can't get my wife's computer or a friend of mine(outside my lan) to connect. Both of their computers get "Disconnected from server" errors when they try to logon. I've setup hamachi and put the hamachi IP in my conf file and then had them add it to their realmlist.wtf no luck. So I tried connecting straight to my external IP and no luck. Then I setup a dyndns address thinking this would solve it all and nope. I've tried one realm, two realm, everything that anyone has posted I've tried it and can't get it to work. Currently I have ports 3724, 8129, 8803 forwarded. If anyone knows of anything else I can try please let me know.

Put an ["Emulator"] tag in the title please.

I can only suggest following a guide such as ATILLA888's or another and re-starting the entire procedure, if that doesn't work then you may have some Software/Router settings blocking it.
