[?] Cooler GM Commands/skills.
Well, i'm not a very good programmer and i thought that gm's should have a little bit more power or something like that.
You might think that there is possibly nothing to improve on GM commands, as they have anything that a GM needs. But the powers/skills would be something that would be cool to play with and gives Gm's a more powerful feeling.
The first one i'm going to suggest would be something, what's seen on the TV Show "Heroes" xD.
The gm raises he's/her hand towards a character (the character doesn't have to be right next to the gm, but not too far) and throws the character about 20 feet further away.( Some bosses throw characters too, that's what it would look like)
The next one would be like stopping time.
Gm stops all movement of mobs and characters in 20 yard range.
The effect would last until canceled. This wouldn't affect other GMs.
The third one would look like shaman's chain lightning, which would affect all characters and/or monsters near the Gm.( i don't know if .kill can kill all ppl near gm, but this would obviously look cooler.

You could just make a trinket ring etc. with that effect. You could put it as a use and have like no cooldown time limit.

Sounds like you're talking about creating spells..
That means dbc editing, making all your players patch their clients, and apparently even simple spells have pages of code that no one's fully decrypted yet.
You can of course, go look around on wowhead or thottbot or something for the GM weapons.. those tend to have very overpowered effects, e.g. those on Martin Thunder. Then you just take the spell ID of that effect and put it on a trinket or a GM weapon or something.
