Create an account and make it GM

As the title says, i have looked through the pages but can only find ones about other people connecting and not the root user.

So my question is a simple one, how can i create accounts and set there auth level? Like one for me and make it a GM and accounts for my friends too.

open realmlist with sylog or somting, look for account... set gm lvl from 0 to 3
