Creating Mangos Database with SDB.SQL?

The guide states to run SDB.SQL to create the Mangos database in SQLyog.

When I check mangos\sql\ there's no such file as SDB.sql.

Is it the mango.sql file instead?

mangos.sql creates all tables in mangos db but there are empty so don't use it use SDB 0.51
