Creature Proto from NCDB error

okay, heres the rundown
i did some NCDB updates and i think somewhere between changeset 117x and 119x that the something caused profession trainers and some guards in cities not to respond when spoken to

it seems to have happened in darnass. and thunder bluff.
to be honest, i cant think of it, but for some reason a recent change from NCDB changed the NPC flags, and is now supposed to run flags from a query...but i cant find anything on that

anyone, any ideas as to what would fix the profession problem?

maybe apply the sql updates that came with ascent4270 ?

ran them all, no dice
i think its flag related, are you using NCDB?
if so have you done updates 117x through 119x?

i've just installed ncdb 1195 over the older one...
allways lesser problems with a clean install then with a update :)

yeah, but i have alot of custom content, okay, maybe you can help me with this, would this work?
make a backup of my database, install a new one, the bring back the custom lines...could that work?
hmmm, unless it was my content causing the problem...but it shouldnt, right?

could be because of some new tables and/or id's you are already using for your custum stuff...

You can try make a backup of your custom content and add it back later. if that won't work then you have to edit the custom content so it will work (i can do it for you too, but am a busy man, so it can take about 2 days before i am ready then, depending on how much custom content you have)

nah, i just tried it...i did a backup, did a clean database and left the custom stuff out...still, didnt work, i wonder if its the revision and the NCDB Ascent combo that just not making it read right

ok, frm my experiance:

the current ncdb has OLD OLD OLD updates that actually downgrade you.
only run the higher updates.
