custom items show as "?"

im trying to use

skill id = 30902
i made to spawn id = 75000

you cant make same spawn id it wont let u execute batch file, the item is "Catalysms Edge"
or no, not the item the model

anyone know how to fix this :) thankz

im trying to get the model like my custom item that i spawn and made using wow-v item creator comes out as a question mark, i can equip it, it does damage and everything but its invisible.. i want it to look like the model i made it to be
