Dedi Hosting? Legal?

Hej,
Ive heard roumers that acsent is legal due to it not copying anything from WoW, So was thinking of setting up a server (As in a Dedi) Under KillerCreation Or Rackage etc so have full acsess... Just woundering if they would cut my connection of or not anyone know?
Or know a server provider that does allow it?

you really shouldnt bother about the legal issues...they are irelevant pretty much...blizz doesnt feel like doing anything... legally its a grey area...you can always get sued for the smallest of things, thats how the system works..

Ascent is legal as long as you dont extract the dbc,map files and dont have an db for it as soon as you fill the woirld with an db and use the dbc's etc it becomes ilegal however i dont think blizz will bother you as long as your server is not that big .
