Thanks Cobra. I've progressed slightly. I've gotten my friend to connect to the server fine and he's currently playing about on it, but I, on the other hand, am still on the looping logging into game server/Realm selection screens. I've tried altering my realmlist file for local connections and external ones too, but to no avail. I really don't know what else to do
Cobra101, what do you mean "normal IP"? Is that my WAN IP or the local (127.0.0.1)?
Does this repack have Kennys 3.0 sql database updates as well as the updates made with server files? From what I've read I didn't see you mention you updated to Kenny 3.0 database? (Or 3.1 for that matter)
download the pack(repacked by Drake the one 25ms size) then delete all tables from kobold database and run kenny's repack v3.1 in it

Hi all, I have a similar network problem as the other guys. Whenever im trying to make a play to join me over the internet i get him connected till the realm list and then when he presses ok it gets stuck on logging in to server.
I have a router and my local ip is 192.168.1.2
my wan ip is dynamic. All the ips are set to my local. I cant use my WAN ip directly since im behind NAT. The router has forwarded the ports 4200,3725,8085, & 3724 TCP/UDP.
Any help would me much appreciated.

i got it i just insert INSERT INTO `db_properties` VALUES ('DBStructure', 3);

a few things after playing a bit...
me and a few friends made lvl 60's as casters we dont seem to do anywhere near the correct dmg at this level 600 Dmg highs on even low lvl stuff????
any Ideas?

got another problem here^^
i tried to upgrade this easy pack with kennys newest files.
All works fine, but only the new sql, that had to be imported, makes problems :(
i tried to upload the sql with phpMyAdmin but theres a max file limit with 2MB.
So i tried to upload it directly via mysql command line:
after this, i get "Enter password"Code:mysql -p -h localhost kobold < ken.sql
...
i tried the "root" and some others, but i always get:
what's the right pass, or what to do now???Code:ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'ODBC'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

As there are quite many fixes that has come now that updates were made, and I see someone having problems with their repack after trying to update, and as it IS a EASY repack, then im going to upload a new repack soon.. With all the updates in 1 file once more.. Im just going to wait a little if more updates will come in the next few days..

The spelldamage/healing is the major bug being worked out atm. Just be patient.
As for platemail........um, weapon trainer. Cus it works fine for me. Not sure maybe you were checking the class trainer.
To make someone's account a GM edit their account in MySQL there's a GM section you can change. As for spawning mobs it's .npc add #.
Do consider reading all the guides.
