Enabling TBC races?

I have looked around, for about a day now, and i can't seem to find out how to enable the blood elves and draenei, Note, my server is a work in progress, will end up as a dedicated server, but for now, its got about 5% uptime lol, still working on it in a big way.. anyway .. any help would be much appreciated.

In accounts, put flag = 8



Female blood elves are so much hotter than females from other races, blizzard needs to make hotter characters like lineage.

Just thought I'd share.
