Enlight me about DB's.

Hey! As the title says, im wondering- Whats the most "complete" DB out there? The ones ive tryed are all "Arcemu" compatible DB's. IFDB and WhyDB are Ok, although they leave alot to be desired, such as the DK's starter quests, which of none works i may add.
Thing is, ive been looking around for a fix for months, and i havnt found one. Is there even a DB where you actually Can manage to leave eastern plaguelands? Considered all the DK quests are bugged in WhyDB and IFDB, that isnt a possibility. Unless your a GM ofc.

-Now to the head question again, since i prefer Arcemu- Is there any DB that works with it, and that actually has working DK quests?

-Is the mangos DB's more "Complete" than it's counterpart? Ie. More working quests.. etc? (Thats mainly what i care about, There is no joy in playing on a server where you have to keep your eyes wide open for a working quest, and using .worldport CMD on every player that cant leave eastern plague lands as DK.)
