error TBC patch

when i wont to patch the engb client from 5991 to 6022

it show me a error

local not installed "ENUS" if this problem persist , you may be able to solved it by uninstaling and then reinstalling the game , if not you are unable to correct this problem , please contact..........

What duz that mean , i have then engb version donwload from the official site , BTW when i connect the the real realm , i can download the latest
2.0.3 patch , but it wont let me update it to , , pffff :o)
