ERROR: WeboW and Various other Webpages

Okay, I have many problems I need figured out if someone would be kind enough to offer their own expertise. I have searched google, and the forum for anything that would help me understand my issue. Unfortunately I haven't found a single thing about why my website is screwed up.

Here is my issue with WeboW:

I am able to run the website using XAMPP. I have the latest version and everything goes well on the page where you input all the information about the database, and the website itself. When I press continue it loads a page with nothing on it accept the background template.

I have the latest PHP, Apache, and MySQL running. I also have all the hotfixes.

Q: Are their any .SQL files i should be updating my Databases with in order for this program to work?

My next problem is with MangosWeb. I tried MangosWeb after WeboW didnt work for me. I am using latest XAMPP as stated above, and I believe I have filled in everything correctly. Whenever I go to the load the site it gives me a totally blank page.

Another problem is when I load the .sql files given with MangosWeb my realmlist table doesn't have db_info added as a field.

Figure 2 (blank webpage when I go to the site, I named the folder 12312 on purpose, it doesn't matter because I have tried with just www and it is still screwed):

That's all I have to offer.

If more info is needed to solve my problems just ask and I shall proceed to complete the task given.

I am more concerned with WeboW than MangosWeb but either one will be fine if the problems I have can be fixed.
