error with logs

Hey guys could someone help me out? i followed the instructions to set up the server. Everytime I go to start up mangos I get these errors. The windows do not stay open and shut down quickly. I have to go to the cmd to find out what error I am receiving. These files are in the same directory as mangos. I do not understand why it will not run. Thanks for your help!
