Even though I have no clue what the hell you are trying to ask i'm going to attempt to make some sense out of it.

So you have a 3.3.5a client and you want a patch to update to Cataclysm?

Simply run Launcher.exe

As X_Sarah_X wrote - use launcher.exe . Just be sure to set the ralmlist to the official servers. Update your client to the suitable version and again change realmlist to what you need.
