Flight Path Disconnects? NCDB 0.1 / Ascent

I'm a relatively new user to Ascent/Antrix and server emu in general, so bear with me.

My Setup :

Ascent (SVN as of 08/29/07), I forget the rev #, but its only a day old
NCDB 0.1 Release (also happened with TNPDB rev8)
2.1.1 6739 DBC/maps using 2.1.1 6739 Client
MySQL/Ascent running on Linux, Client on Windows.

I can connect and interact with the world with no issues. My problem is when I start progressing through zones and activating the flight points, after a few flight points old flight points disappear from the "Give me a Ride" map. I can only see the "direct connect" flight destinations that are no more than 1 hop away. Anything I have discovered that is more than one hop from the current location is not on the flight map. For example: I can't fly from 1k Needles to Orgrimmar because its more than 1 hop away.

Any ideas? I searched the forums briefly but didn't find anything close. It happened with two different DB's (fresh installs both of them) so I'm thinking its not the DB.
