gears kicks character out of the world

hi
i have made epic items and it works very well with the gm's (weapons and cloth that gives high health and mana)
but in case i apply any of these items to a normal player (not a gm) he gets disconnected after applying it to his char and that char cannot log in the world again (only the char with the epic item) cause it gets kicked out from the world each time he try to get in the world
this is in 3.0.3 server while these items i used to applyed to normal char in 2.4.3
dont know how to fix that
i think it has somthing to do with the arcemu-world.config or arcemu-optional.config but i don't know which part i have to modify
