give out arena points?

hey guys

i was wondering is it posile to get arena points without going in an arena - like buy them or something-

cause i wanted to put vinxton pinchwistle (dunno if its spelt rite) into my custom area cause he sells the gladiator sets for everyone at about 1k arena points

and i cant buy them if i cant go into an arena

i no i can spawn them with .additem but i want to put them in a vendor-

so my question is can i
-buy arena points somehow
-is there a spell that gives arena points?
