Glitchs on MaNGOS!

I am new to the use of MaNGOS. So do not bash me if this is a rather stupid question. Along with being new to this forum, so if there is already a thread with this question and/or answer please direct me to it. I run a World of Warcraft server obviously. My server runs fine and I play with myself and a few other friends. The only question I have is to know of updates and/or fixes for MaNGOS, without having to remake character files/accounts. By fixes I mean the glitches in the game. (IE: Invisible walls, Hunter Quests not working, Items not being dropped for quests.) These are just a few examples. If there is any advice and/or fixes for these glitches. I would be much appreciated.
My ManGOS version is 0.6-SVN (WIN32) [This is what I get from typing Version into mangosd.exe]
+Also, not regarding the server but is there a way for me to get all the WoW Add-ons. Like the one that shows the coordinates on the World Map. I think I am missing a few.

I recommend you use the latest core and db updates to get the most recent bug fixes:

Alright, I basically have downloaded all the stuff again. Started from the beginning because I don't want to get into rearranging things I've never knew much about. I think I've downloaded everything but now I'm left without being able to create the databases in Navicat. I get the 1049 - Unknown database 'realmd' error and the same error happens when I try to create the 'mangos' db.

What you have in your directory does not reflect what's happening in mysql. You need to create 2 dbs in mysql with navicat. One called mangos the other called realmd.

From here you need to get the full db along with all updates like 2700+ and the new core revision. These two things go hand in hand, if one is off they are both off. When you have the correct core in the directories, then proceed with the db stuff. What you do is execute mangos.sql to the mangos db, and realmd.sql to realmd db. Then apply the necessary updates according to the cooresponding db. If you get errors it means the db is probably already updated with that patch.

Errors have been fixed; server is running. Just now once I log in I get stuck on the Connected screen. Or it keeps sending me back to the Realmlist screen.

i got the same problem, my solution was to make the "maps" folder taht i forgot to do, you probably know the "ad.exe" in the tools folder, copy it and paste it into your wow folder, run it and let it finish, after that you copy the maps folder that the program made and paste it into mangos folder :winky: good luck, hope it works

I have the MaNGOS 2729b Revision. I have my DBC files created with WinMPQ. I have my Map files created with Ad.exe and placed in the correct folders. I have the "SDB Full version 0.5.3 revision 303" Batched into the correct DBs and edited Realmlist and Accounts. I followed the Tutorial on Mangos-Files.de

I deleted the four already created accounts after realmd303.sql is batched and created my account the way it says in the website above.

This worked for my account. I can play on my server perfectly from my computer. My problem is when I create an account for my friend this way; it is added onto the account list and everything. When I try to log into it on my server from my computer I get stuck on the Connected screen or keep getting sent back to the Realmlist screen. The same problem happens when my friend tries to get on the server from his computer.
I have gotten him to change his Realmlist to my IP as I have set up in SQLyog. So I know that isn't the issue. The server runs fine for just my account but I cannot create any others. I have also tried to create accounts through mangosd.exe but I get the same problem.
If there is any solution to this issue or another thread on it please let me know, I would be much appreciated.
