GM Levels

Hiya. Im new to the database editing and such, I was just wondering, how could I make my own GM levels? Like level 3 is highest and has all commands correct? Could I make it so that level 2 has like... .additem .banchar etc while level 1 has .kick, stuff like that? Thank you.

You can make this in miniManager for mangos. You can find this in repacks.
