GM security Levels

Hi
Im tryting to change the security lvls of the GM's

I would like to give more commands like .level to my GM's with level 2 security
without making them levela level 3 gm witch i think has way to much access in game

im trying to make my admin commands to a level 5 security

I went in to mySQL opened Manos folder opened and viewed the Commands file, and started changing the security lvls in the security coulmn.
some level 3 commands to level 2 and some level 3 & 4 commands to level 5

I saved, refreshed, restarted, and rebooted my server
but the changes i made did not take (in game) the changes are still there in the command file where i made them in mysql, but they are not working when playing the game ( i have tested with GM levels 2, 3, 4, & 5
I am running DJRavines [MaNGOS] v2.0.12 The Burning Crusade Server

Am i doing this in the wrong spot?
If so please tell me where i need to make these changes and how
Is there any information on how to make these change work in game?
