GM Tools?

Anyone know what tools or applications are usefull for GM's or Admins?
I am looking for something where i can create weapons and find item codes for weapons. Anything that makes a GM easier and more effecient.

I have that, but it gives me an error on startup. It says I need to give a maximum and min not an extact number. But are there any in game addons to make a gm's life easier? I saw GM Buddy, or GM Toolbox. There is a video in Google video showing someone making a weapon and giving it all it's details, using a model of a existing weapon etc... That's what I am looking for...

MangAdmin and ToolBoxGM addons for mangos. But usually u dont need them if you know the commands and make some handy macro's
