[Guide] Get allways the latest NCDB

Here a guide how to get allways the latest NCDB revision. No need to wait anymore before someone post it to the forum.
It will only replace your world database with the latest release.

1. Download RapidSVN (search for yourself)
2. Make a folder where you want the updates to be downloaded.
3. Install and run RapidSVN.
4. In RapidSVN go to 'Repository' and click 'Checkout', or just simply press Ctrl-O
5. By url typ: http://projects.emupedia.com/svn/ncdb
6. Destination directory has to be the folder where you want to download the updates.
7. Use latest has to be checked on by revion
8. By Peg Revision there has to be 'not specified' checked on.
9. (Optional) check add to bookmarks.
10. Now only press ok
11. It'll ask for a username and password. username is anonymous and the password isn't nessesary.

Now you will get their latest revision, with the most recent tool.bat
