[Guide] Shorter account activation

Also hate when people go on your Account Creation page and need to wait 10 minutes untill the account getting activated?
Here i have the sollution;

Step 1:
Go to your Private Server files and open the logonserver.conf and scroll down untill you see

# Account Refresh Time
#
#    This controls on which time interval accounts gets 
#    refreshed. (In seconds)
#    Default = 600
#
<Rates AccountRefresh = "600">

Step 2:
Now you can configure your time untill the account's getting refreshed
by simply just change AccountRefresh = "600">
that 600 means 600 seconds untill accounts getting refreshed.
If you do AccountRefresh = "1"> the account getting activated with in 1 second. I think you just can use 1 because i dont think it gives lagg or something. But i use 10 to make it sure, never realy tested it.
Maby someone should test it for me.

anything less than 60 cause lag for some people depending on the specs of the server box or at least from the testing that i have done.
