[HELP]2 realms rates please read

Hi guys i started a server with one realm for lvl 19 twinks and i wana make a new realm for normal playing but i need to change the rates of the new realm but if i change to normal the twink realm will get normal too is there any way to change just the rates of the new realm? please help me
