[HELP] A completely Custom Instance

Does anyone know how to change the map id x y z that the instance portal ports you too?
Or make a whole new one...
Im trying to make a custom instance and dont know how to make/change the instance portals...

Just make a custom instance outta stormwind vault or azshara crater thats easy way to go right now

Dude, i dont want that...
I have a unused map ID i found.
And i dont want that...thats the cheezy way of "making a custom instance"
I actually have a CUSTOM one...fully custom...just needs a portal there...

Cuz that wont work...I need the instance portal...
Cuz otherwise people of diff groups join the same instance...
I need it to do seperate ones...
I think i might need to script that..
Ill look through the source to find some instance codes
