Enter NAVICAT , open the mangos db , then open "account" tabe .. find something with 0 .. and put 3 (hmm .. sry.. but i don't got a wow db now on my computer ... )

I'm not using mangos db i'm using tarranet db is it the same?

Uh. As stated above go to your Sql editor and go to the account template put az under the gm heading for the correct account and log in.
