[Help] [Ascent] Cant make guild's, Guildmaster NPC's dont work

i cant get the guilds to work on my server, the NPC that give and take the Guild charters dont work.
Anyone here that can help me with this problem.

I'm using:

Ascent rev: 4270
NCDB: 1195

lol, i did try youre Repack...
and sorry to say i did find some really nasty bugs (maybe i did something wrong)
for 1 some of the custom vendors kept schooting into the air when i clicked on them.
and some bugs in the spell table for Rouge's (some rank 1 or rank2 spells didnt work)

Only thing i need to know is how to fix my problem, i dont with using repacks

Well if you use ascent 4270, Do .guild create <name>

but i want the Guild Master NPC's to work
they dont have the options 2 give Guild charters and take them again
or the option to make a tabard
