How to delete npc's from a location without to erase it from the database?

go to creature_spawns in the DB

While the description is "Deletes monster from the DB." It doesnt delete that creature, just that entry.

it's .del on MaNGOS... might be something similar on ascent.. not too sure though sorry

It's .npc delete when you have the npc you want to get rid of selected. It won't delete the NPC itself from the database, just that specific spawn of it.

Really weird , because i tryed .npc delete , and it deleted it totaly ... even from the database .....

You must be mistaken. Have you tired spawning that NPC again? There's a difference between the NPC's entry in the database and their entry in the server world. I really don't think that command is capable of deleting the basic NPC entry.
