[Help Ascent] PvP Ranks

Heya,

In retail WoW my toon has the PvP rank Warlord (people also have things like Champion or Sergeant etc.), i know that the system is out-of-date but is there anyway to get the system working on my private server??? If there isnt is there a way that i can give someone the rank (like a command or something)??
