[help] batch files not finishing properly

when i try to install a batch file like mangos.sql, navicat doesnt seem to finish it, it cuts off too early and says its completed (when i know its not)

im running windows vista, and think that might be the problem.

could someone tell me how i could fix this?

and how i go about executing the batch file straight from mysql command prompt without using navicat?

have you tried using another program to handle your databases? sqlyog is a good alterntive to navicat
