[HELP]Cannot speak that language!!

well if i make a char on my own server theres no problem but!
if i relog and want 2 talk it say CANNOT SPEAK THAT LANGUAGE!
and i dont see my skills anymore:S

its becouse some places, its bugged, it happend to me to, you log out next time all your things is gone, you can't speak that language, the only thing to do then is to go away from that place, and log out and in again! it worked on mychar
