[Help] Can't connect from outside my own computer (not even local network)

I have a MaNGOS 2.0.12 TBC server on which I can connect on my own computer with the IP's 127.0.0.1 (localhost) and 192.168.1.7. When I tried to connect at my server on the 192.168.1.7 it kept hanging at 'logging in to gameserver'... I tried a lot of ports and I have a hole in my firewall for 3306 which even not blocks the connections from the local network.... What am I doing wrong?

Oh and also when I tried to add my server at the list of www.wowstatus.net | World Of WarCraft - Private Server Status | your source for private WoW servers it said it was offline... while I had it running... so maybe it's the portal?

If you want to connect over LAN, you need to set up the server to use your LAN IP instead of 127.0.0.1. If you want to connect over the net, you'll need to use your global IP. Get it by going to http://www.whatismyip.org/
Also, by searching, you would have found the answer. Try it next time, please.
